The invention relates to devices for introducing additional transport agents into the pneumatic conveying pipelines, especially for the aerosol transport of any pulverized materials, for example, to the supply ducts for pulverized fuel suspended in the carrier gas to the pulverized coal burner or coal dust gasification reactor, and the pneumatic conveying pipe may be under higher pressure. To this are added the varying flow properties of a different plastic, which can lead to irregular transport in the pipeline. Already with a slight change in the structure of the drums compared to the normal state, it may happen that in pipelines that are well matched to the normal state of dust, the irregularity of transportation is observed. Particularly dangerous are knees, long horizontal pipelines and places of changes in pipeline sections. The aim of the invention is to improve the transportation conditions, ensuring high uniformity of pneumatic transportation. Uniform and stable transportation conditions are necessary in order, for example, when loading gasification installations to eliminate hazardous production situations that may be caused by interruption of the fuel supply. The objective of the invention is to ensure an even and continuous flow of dust-like materials in the pneumatic conveying pipelines and to eliminate the violation of the transport process. This goal is solved 43 by inserting a device for the controlled delivery of small amounts of additional transporting agent at critical points in the pipeline. A device that can be fitted to pipelines of any diameter provides for the distribution of additional supplied gas around the entire perimeter of the pipeline and reliably prevents the penetration of pipe into the supply pipeline for the additional transporting agent. It works without mechanical controls.
